- Full-cycle delivery of residential and commercial land development projects — from proposal to closeout - Budgets, scopes, contracts, and schedules with real accountability - Complex engineering and permitting challenges with the autonomy to influence direction - Client relationships and external representation for Atwell - A project team you'll mentor, develop, and lead
———————————————— What You Bring ————————————————
- PE license (required) - Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field - 6+ years in residential and/or commercial land development - Deep knowledge of local codes, permitting, and construction practices - Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client expectations - Familiarity with tools like Vision, Newforma, or Buzzsaw
