Job Description
A leadership role responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies within the power electronics sector, driving market growth, supporting sales efforts, and providing industry expertise to enhance the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to differentiate in the market
- Support sales team with insights and resources to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customers
- Coordinate creation of product collateral, launch materials, and training
- Serve as subject-matter expert in product discussions, customer meetings, and trade shows
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics systems is required.
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven ability to craft and implement a product strategy that differentiates in the market.
- Experience in market research, including understanding market trends, sizing up the competition, and identifying top customer targets.
- Ability to develop and refine value propositions to make products irresistible to target segments.
- Experience in driving revenue growth by supporting sales teams with insights and support to secure new business and achieve revenue milestones.
- Experience in leading the coordination of product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions to ensure sales teams, manufacturer representatives, and customers are well-informed.
- Deep product knowledge and industry insight to serve as the subject-matter expert during engineering discussions, customer meetings, and trade show presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate product development, market analysis, and customer engagement with strategic finesse.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 115,000 - 135,000
