Job Description
The Product Marketing Manager in the Power Business Unit is responsible for developing and executing product strategies, driving revenue growth, conducting market research, and supporting sales and engineering teams to promote and expand the company's power electronics products globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to differentiate in the market
- Support sales team with insights and resources to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target customers
- Coordinate creation of product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions
- Serve as subject-matter expert in product discussions, customer meetings, and trade shows
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
- Experience in power electronics systems is preferred.
- Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven ability to craft and implement a product strategy that differentiates in the market.
- Experience in market research, analyzing trends, competitive landscape, and customer targeting to inform market strategy, product roadmap, and competitive positioning.
- Ability to lead the coordination of product collateral, launch materials, and training sessions to ensure sales teams, manufacturer representatives, and customers are well-informed.
- Deep product knowledge and industry insight to serve as the subject-matter expert during engineering discussions, customer meetings, and trade show presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate product development, market analysis, and customer engagement with strategic finesse.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time to connect with customers and partners.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 115,000 - 135,000
