Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Astrodyne TDI will serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries related to orders and service requests while ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting sales and account management functions.
Responsibilities
- •Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to purchase orders, forecasts, expedite requests, change orders, and service returns.
- •Advocate for customer needs and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
- •Process transactions including RMA, credit and debit memos, and cancellation requests.
- •Maintain the integrity of Master Data, ensuring customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- •Generate product quotes and process purchase orders received through various channels.
- •Monitor customer backlog to maintain optimum performance and efficiency for each shipment.
Requirements
- •A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- •0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- •Fluent in English, with outstanding written, verbal, and comprehension skills.
- •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- •Familiar with Database, ERP, and CRM tools.
