Job Description
The Real Estate Specialist at Arevon will support project development teams in managing title insurance, site control, and document management for utility-scale renewable energy projects, requiring attention to detail and collaboration across various expertise areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage system for real estate document retention and assist in document control and leasing efforts
- Coordinate among development team and outside stakeholders for surface and sub surface title orders
- Populate legal instruments and land contract schedules
- Abstract real estate instruments for internal land management systems
- Facilitate online recording of real estate instruments
- Perform detailed review of title reports and underlying real estate documents
- Prepare real estate risk assessments
- Develop and implement process improvements in line with company objectives
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant project development experience with a law firm, title company or developer.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), or comparable education, training, and experience is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence across the company.
- Ability to work as an integrated part of a team in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and the desire for continuous process improvement.
