• Electronically deliver tax returns via SafeSend Returns or secure email to clients
• Create a high-quality client experience via professional, timely and respectful communication and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in firm workflow software
• Utilize firm workflow software to move tax jobs through firm processes
• Perform quality control review for completeness and accuracy of your own work
• Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with firm policy
• Provide standby support to other centralized teams
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other unique duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team and supported leaders
• Experience with SafeSend or other similar tax applications is preferred
• Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as needed
• Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently
