The Tax Office Administrator supports the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative functions, maintaining systems, and facilitating communication across teams within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

  • The candidate must have the ability to support various teams by managing administrative functions, maintaining office systems, and facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task, and excel in organization and collaboration.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a flexible working environment including remote and hybrid options.
