A Tax Administrator at Aprio will support the firm's tax operations by assisting with tax planning, compliance, and client opportunities, contributing to a fast-growing, innovative CPA and advisory firm environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with tax-related tasks and opportunities
Support the preparation and review of tax filings and documentation
Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in tax administration or a related field.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in tax preparation, processing, and compliance procedures.
Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
Possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Have the ability to interpret and apply tax laws and regulations accurately.
Be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information securely.
Be capable of using tax software and other relevant computer applications effectively.
Be willing to work in a flexible work environment, including remote and hybrid options.
