Job Description
A Senior Tax Manager role focused on R&D Tax Credit services, responsible for helping clients maximize their tax opportunities, leading a team within a dynamic, growth-oriented CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in maximizing their R&D tax credit opportunities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and review of R&D tax credit calculations and documentation
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tax credit claims
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax, with a focus on R D Tax Credit services or related areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in federal and state tax laws related to research and development tax credits.
- Proven ability to prepare, review, and oversee complex tax credit calculations and documentation.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance requirements and the ability to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Experience in managing client relationships and providing strategic tax planning advice related to R D Tax Credits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects or engagements related to R D Tax Credit services.
- Physical ability to perform work in an office environment, including sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment.
