Job Description
A Senior Tax Associate at Aprio will work with middle to large-sized clients, providing tax services, maximizing opportunities, and contributing to a dynamic, growth-oriented team within a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for middle to large-sized tax clients
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation
- Research tax issues and provide guidance on tax strategies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver tax services
- Support clients in maximizing tax opportunities and minimizing liabilities
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working in tax, preferably with middle to large sized tax clients.
- Have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations relevant to middle to large sized clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse and energetic teams in a collaborative environment.
- Possess a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification (implied by CPA support program and incentive upon completion).
