Job Description
The Senior Manager in Nonprofit Consulting leads and manages business advisory and outsourced accounting engagements for nonprofit clients, providing expertise across finance assessment, audit facilitation, system implementation, financial analysis, interim CFO services, and grants management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate completion of business advisory and outsourced accounting engagements
- Plan, lead, and manage engagements across six service pillars
- Collaborate with partners, teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Apply critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills to client projects
- Adapt to different client environments and requirements
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to different client environments
- Experience in leading and facilitating completion of business advisory and interim outsourced accounting engagements
- Experience in planning, leading, and managing engagements within the six specified business pillars of service
- Experience working closely with partners, professional practice teams, staff, and clients in a consulting environment
