Job Description
The Senior Manager, Client Accounting Operations at Aprio leads operational excellence, technology adoption, and service delivery within the Technology Client Accounting Services practice, serving as a strategic and operational leader to ensure high-quality client outcomes and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence and scalability within the Technology Client Accounting Services practice
- Oversee service delivery with an advisory focus to ensure high-quality, consistent client outcomes
- Execute practice priorities and support technology adoption
- Support team development and foster a collaborative work environment
Requirements
- Experience leading operational excellence, scalability, and advisory focused service delivery within a client accounting services or similar practice area.
- Ability to serve as a senior individual contributor and operational leader, bridging client service, internal teams, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in executing practice priorities, enabling technology adoption, supporting team development, and ensuring high quality, consistent client outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills to support team development and operational management within a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead within a fast-growing firm or similar organization.
- Experience working with or leading client accounting operations, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm setting.
- Ability to support and enable technology adoption related to client accounting services.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge client service, internal teams, and strategic initiatives.
- Educational background or experience relevant to accounting, finance, or business management (specific degree requirements not explicitly stated but implied).
