Job Description

A Senior Manager in Accounting Operations oversees client delivery processes, manages team performance, and drives operational improvements to ensure high-quality service and efficiency within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational processes to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Manage team performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Support onshore and offshore teams to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with service-level agreements
  • Enhance operational efficiency across service and functional teams

Requirements

  • The candidate must have experience in overseeing operational processes, managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement across service and functional teams.
  • The candidate must support both onshore and offshore teams to maintain high-quality standards, meet service-level agreements, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • The candidate must have the ability to ensure the seamless execution of client delivery through operational oversight.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting operations, management, or a related field.
  • The candidate must possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop teams effectively.
  • The candidate must have experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, preferably within a CPA or advisory firm.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • The candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of service-level agreements and quality standards in accounting or related services.
  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • The candidate must be able to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • The candidate must be able to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the operational processes.
