Job Description
A Senior IT M&A Analyst supports mergers and acquisitions by analyzing data, modifying integration plans, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth transitions for acquired entities within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by analyzing incoming firm data
- Modify and update integration playbooks for M&A processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions for acquired entities
- Assist in ensuring effective integration of acquired firms into the organization
Requirements
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions (M A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data, modifying integration playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.
- Experience in analyzing data related to mergers and acquisitions or similar integration processes.
- Ability to modify and support integration playbooks for M A transactions.
- Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams involved in M A processes.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically 50-60% of the time and possibly internationally.
- Reporting directly to the Director of IT M A Integration, indicating the need for effective communication and reporting skills.
- Possession of relevant skills in information technology, data analysis, or related fields (implied by role and responsibilities).
