Senior Assurance Manager, Professional Practice Group at Aprio

Perform QC reviews of lower-risk assurance engagements (compilations).

Review audits in high-volume industries with standardized approaches, including affordable housing and employee benefit plans.

Deliver clear, constructive, and actionable review comments to engagement teams.

Partner with Aprio’s U.S.-based QC team, including industry leaders, to ensure alignment with professional standards.

Participate in structured training provided by Aprio’s Professional Practice Group (PPG) through live virtual meetings, videos, and checklists.

In the long term, recruit, train, and manage a QC team in the Philippines.

Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members to accelerate their contributions.

Foster a collaborative culture that values accuracy, efficiency, and innovation.

Support Aprio’s mission of maintaining best-in-class quality control processes.

Identify opportunities to enhance review methodologies, tools, and procedures.
