Job Description

The Manager in Security Compliance Services will lead project management for large and complex client engagements related to cybersecurity and compliance, including automation, gap assessments, and mergers and acquisitions, while fostering client relationships and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for large and multi-client engagements.
  • Manage the integration of mergers and acquisitions for Assurance.
  • Oversee client engagements focusing on compliance automation, gap assessments, and projects.
  • Foster and maintain client relations to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring exceeding customer expectations.
  • Participate in projects related to cybersecurity and compliance within the Security and Compliance Services team.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading project management for large and multi-client engagements, depending on the size and scope of the engagement.
  • Experience in leading the integration of mergers and acquisitions for Assurance.
  • Experience in managing client engagements that are large and complex in nature.
  • Focus on compliance automation, gap assessments, and projects related to cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Ability to cultivate and foster client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
  • Ability to oversee the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring it exceeds customer expectations.
  • Experience working with a CPA-led advisory firm or in a similar professional services environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing projects related to cybersecurity and compliance as part of the Security and Compliance Services team.
  • Ability to work with clients doing business in and out of 50 countries, with team members speaking more than 30 languages (international experience is desirable).
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and team collaboration.
