Job Description

The Manager, RFH Outsourcing is a leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting projects, managing client relationships, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team development within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, primarily serving clients in the restaurant, franchise, and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and oversee the execution of accounting projects
Prepare and review a wide range of firm deliverables
Manage client relationships to ensure exceptional service
Coordinate resources and address client needs to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
Mentor and develop team members, manage workloads, and support training initiatives

Requirements

The candidate must have the ability to prepare and review a wide range of firm deliverables related to accounting projects.
The candidate must have experience in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of accounting projects.
The candidate must have experience in driving quality standards and supporting team development.
The candidate must have experience acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coordinating resources for client engagements.
The candidate must have experience mentoring and developing team members, managing workloads, and supporting training initiatives.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
The candidate must possess strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and team interactions.
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
The candidate must have a CPA license or be actively pursuing CPA certification.
The candidate must be able to work accurately and efficiently to ensure work is completed on time.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
The candidate must demonstrate leadership skills suitable for a managerial role in accounting and advisory services.
