Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- Emotional maturity.
- Excellent judgement, sound decision-making, can independently draw logical conclusions.
- Highly resourceful team player with the ability to be extremely effective independently.
- A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions; embraces new technology (like AI) and is eager to incorporate into their work.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience supporting Executives, preferably in a high-growth organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Maintain an active Notary license.
