Job Description
The Director of Compensation and Benefits is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team to attract, retain, and engage top talent across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Align compensation and benefits programs with the company's business objectives, culture, and values
- Provide strategic direction for compensation and benefits programs
- Oversee the execution of compensation and benefits programs
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in compensation and benefits administration
