Job Description
This job involves working with a leading CPA and advisory firm to provide accounting, tax, and consulting services, while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that offers professional development and a range of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide advisory services.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to client acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work with a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm that is passionate for what’s next.
- Must be willing to work in a firm with 30 U.S. office locations and one in the Philippines, and be able to communicate in one of the 60 languages spoken across the globe.
- Must be able to work in a high-growth environment that fosters continuous learning and professional advancement.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative culture with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
- Must demonstrate entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and contribute ideas to help the firm grow to become the CPA firm of choice nationally.
- Must be willing to work in a flexible working environment, including remote and hybrid options.
- Must be able to share a resume and a brief description of current interests with the recruiting team to be considered for future opportunities.
