Key Responsibilities
Build and moderate virtual sessions, including event setup, AV tests, registration, hosting, polling, breakout rooms, recording, and troubleshooting.
Create Zoom meeting links and manage calendar holds for events, rehearsals, and speaker prep.
Collaborate with Aprio Learning & Development on CPE/CPD requirements.
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of virtual events by incorporating attendee feedback, team input, industry trends, and best practices.
Coordinate cross-functionally and draft or coordinate event communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
Project manage all webinars from start to finish, including post-event reporting.
Build and maintain registration sites and meeting apps.
Coordinate finalization of session materials and ensure compliance with branding and NASBA standards.
Assist with evaluations: build forms, collaborate on dashboards, and share results.
Provide Level 2 support for CRM cases related to events and talent development programs.
Track project progress; identify and escalate project obstacles to the team leader and communicate with other key stakeholders.
Manage the Aprio Alliance community calendar of programs.
Maintain content on community portal sites.
Coordinate, and sometimes draft, program-related communications for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in program management, marketing, and/or virtual event support.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.
Experience with virtual event delivery platforms (Zoom, Cvent and Teams preferred).
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members and external clients.

Experience in a professional services environment.
Familiarity with NASBA compliance and CPE/CPD processing.
Proficiency in ClickUp, Smartsheet, or other project planning tools.
Experience working in an enterprise CRM environment (e.g., HubSpot).
Comfort working with external vendors, speakers, and sponsors.
