Job Description
A Service Desk Analyst responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients, working within a dynamic team in a fast-growing advisory firm, with opportunities for professional growth and various employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and internal users via helpdesk channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and update documentation of support activities and solutions
Requirements
- Possess the ability to work as a Service Desk Analyst within a dynamic team environment.
- Have the capacity to work onsite at the Makati location, with flexibility for hybrid setup depending on role, location, terms, and conditions.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, as evidenced by willingness to participate in on-demand learning classes.
- Possess or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with the support of the company, including CPA Certification Assistance and Bonus Program.
- Have experience or knowledge relevant to providing IT support and customer service in a professional setting.
- Be able to work full-time hours as a permanent employee, with availability for discretionary time off and holidays.
- Possess strong communication skills to collaborate with a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals.
