Job Description
The Senior Tax Associate at Aprio is responsible for delivering tax services to multiple clients across various industries, helping clients optimize their tax strategies and reduce tax liabilities within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tax services to multiple clients across various industries
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce clients' tax liabilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns and related documentation
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program provided
- Experience in delivering tax services for multiple clients in a variety of industries (specific number of years not specified but implied as necessary for a senior role)
- Ability to develop and implement strategies that can reduce clients' tax bills
- Strong client service skills to ensure exceptional client service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Willingness to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup if the role is selected for such a setup, with terms and conditions to be specified
- Physical ability to work onsite if required, with access to provided shuttle service and free lunch meal
