Job Description
A Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supporting financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects within a fast-growing professional services firm, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide insights and data-driven decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights and data management to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Assist in financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement
- Enable informed decision-making at the leadership level through data analysis and process support
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team, providing analytical insights, data management, and process support to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- Perform financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement activities.
- Support the development and management of financial data and reports.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Possess CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance provided.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or related roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and process improvement.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to support the company's financial and operational functions remotely or onsite as required.
