Job Description
A Senior Financial Analyst at Aprio supports financial reporting, analysis, and strategic projects, working closely with the U.S.-based CFO team to provide insights and data management that aid informed decision-making within a fast-growing professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm's finance and operations functions
- Provide analytical insights, data management, and process support to the U.S.-based CFO team
- Conduct financial analysis and data modeling to inform leadership decision-making
- Contribute to business process improvement initiatives
- Assist in strategic initiatives within the organization
Requirements
- Support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm’s finance and operations functions.
- Work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team, providing analytical insights, data management, and process support to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.
- Perform financial analysis, data modeling, and business process improvement activities.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis as required by the role.
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA certification with assistance provided.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis, data management, and process support activities.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Be based in the Philippines and able to support the Office of the CFO functions remotely or onsite as required.
- Be willing to participate in on-demand learning classes and continuous professional development.
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup, with flexibility based on role and location, adhering to terms and conditions.
