Job Description
A Senior Associate in Business Valuation at Aprio will assist in providing valuation services for clients, working within a dynamic advisory team to support fast-growing industries and help clients maximize their opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business valuation analyses for clients
- Prepare valuation reports and documentation
- Assist in financial analysis and data gathering for valuation purposes
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be in the process of obtaining CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program offered
- Have experience working in business valuation, with a clear understanding of valuation principles and methodologies
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Be willing to grow professionally in an environment that fosters continuous learning and advancement
- Be able to work in a hybrid setup, with location, terms, and conditions applicable to selected roles
- Meet all mandatory legal and employment requirements to work in the Philippines or relevant jurisdiction
