Job Description
The Senior Associate in Assurance Services at Aprio will work with a dynamic team to perform audit and assurance engagements, helping clients maximize opportunities while contributing to a fast-growing, collaborative firm focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting assurance and audit engagements for clients.
- Evaluate financial statements and internal controls for compliance and accuracy.
- Prepare audit documentation and reports to support findings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of audit procedures.
- Support clients in maximizing opportunities through assurance services.
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance provided by the employer
- Have experience working in assurance or audit services, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and regulations applicable to assurance services
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Have the ability to work onsite at the designated location, with flexibility for hybrid setup depending on role and employer terms
- Be committed to continuous learning and professional growth in the assurance and audit field
- Meet physical demands required for the role, including the ability to work in an office environment and handle typical office equipment
