Job Description
The Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at Aprio supports client onboarding and implementation processes within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm, working collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure client opportunities are maximized and services are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with onboarding and implementation processes
- Coordinate and support project activities to ensure smooth client transitions
- Collaborate with team members to deliver implementation services effectively
Requirements
- Possess a CPA Certification or be willing to obtain CPA Certification with assistance and bonus program support
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup at selected roles' locations, with terms and conditions that may apply
- Demonstrate experience or ability to work as an Implementation Specialist in a professional environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-energy, passionate, caring, and ambitious team of professionals
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in a fast-growing industry
- Willingness to work full-time in a role that may include onsite responsibilities, with availability for onsite work if required
- Ability to adapt to a collaborative culture and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Meet any physical or logistical demands associated with onsite work, including participation in provided shuttle services and onsite meals if applicable
