Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator Mergers and Acquisitions at Aprio supports client accounting services by engaging with diverse teams across locations, ensuring a coordinated experience for prospective and integrating firms, and contributing to the firm's growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members across the US and Philippines to support mergers and acquisitions processes.
  • Engage with prospective and integrating firms to deliver a coordinated client experience.
  • Assist in managing client and firm integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members across the US and Philippines
  • Experience working in or with mergers and acquisitions is implied but not explicitly stated
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain CPA Certification with assistance provided by the employer
