Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for innovative robotics solutions, positioning the company as a category leader and driving demand, sales, and market growth across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine use cases, value propositions, and product positioning for robotics solutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Define and research buyer personas to optimize marketing efforts
- Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products
- Enable sales teams with high-quality tools and marketing materials
- Own and elevate the product marketing function to establish industry category leadership
Requirements
- Have the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Ideally reside in Barcelona or be open to relocate to Barcelona.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for robotics or industrial technology products.
- Deep insights into innovation pipelines related to robotics solutions.
- Ability to refine use cases, value propositions, and product positioning for robotics solutions.
- Experience in defining and researching buyer personas to determine effective marketing approaches.
- Proven ability to orchestrate impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in enabling sales teams with high-quality tools and marketing materials.
- Track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation, funnel velocity, and sales growth through product marketing activities.
