Job Description
The Senior PLM Manager will lead the implementation and strategic development of Product Lifecycle Management systems and processes, driving business transformation to support rapid growth in product development and manufacturing for a robotics company in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities
- •Own the implementation and evolution of PLM systems and processes to support product and manufacturing growth
- •Define and execute the PLM roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders
- •Align PLM strategies across engineering, operations, product, and after-sales functions
- •Build and maintain an integrated, enterprise-grade ecosystem to accelerate product development and ensure traceability
- •Lead business transformation initiatives related to PLM systems and processes
Requirements
- •Strategically own the implementation and evolution of the company's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to scale with a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization.
- •Define and execute the PLM roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, product, and after-sales service functions.
