Requirements
- Education: Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field
- Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.
- Communication: Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both executive leadership and operational teams. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, and drive user adoption in industrial environments.
- Operational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.
- Travel: Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working directly in customer environments.
- Mindset: Collaborative, empathetic, and relentlessly focused on the customer's path to success
