Deal Desk Specialist

As our Deal Desk / Commercial Sales Support professional, you will help build the commercial infrastructure that enables our global Sales organisation to operate efficiently as ANYbotics scales. You will take ownership of the operational flow around our deals, from pricing and quoting through contracting, approvals, purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and renewals. Working across Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations, you will become the central coordination point that keeps commercial activity moving accurately and efficiently. This is both an execution and process-improvement role. Today, parts of the commercial process span HubSpot, SAP and manual workflows, creating unnecessary administration for Sales and inconsistent handoffs between teams. You will help simplify and standardise these processes, remove bottlenecks and build more scalable ways of working. The impact should be very tangible: fewer delays, cleaner commercial processes and more time for our salespeople to spend with customers.

• Hands-on experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management or a closely related role.
• Experience working across multiple stages of the deal-to-cash or quote-to-cash process rather than specialising in only one step.
• Practical experience with areas such as pricing and quoting, contracts, approval workflows, purchase orders, order entry and invoicing handoffs.
• Strong CRM capability and confidence working with structured opportunity, customer and commercial data.
• Highly organised and accurate, with the ability to manage multiple live deals, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and confidence working with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• A process-improvement mindset, with examples of simplifying workflows, removing bottlenecks or improving the way commercial teams operate.
• Comfortable in a highly hands-on role where success comes from making the commercial machinery work better day to day.
