Job Description
The Customer Support Manager at ANYbotics will be responsible for directly assisting customers in operating and adopting robotic solutions, troubleshooting software issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reactive direct support to customers using the robotic solution
- Assist international companies in operating and adopting the robotic solution
- Recreate customer issues with robots or simulators for troubleshooting
- Shape and expand the support system by creating new support processes
- Detect and analyze customer requests and provide feedback to development and production
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on technical support for robotic solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, particularly international companies, to assist them in using robotic solutions.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues related to robotic systems, including the ability to recreate customer issues using robots or simulators.
- Strong analytical skills to detect and analyze customer requests and provide feedback for development and production improvements.
- A motivated and fast-learning attitude, with a passion for robotics and technology.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-growing tech environment.
