Job Description

A Customer Support Engineer at ANYbotics is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers in installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions, troubleshooting software issues, and helping to improve support processes while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on mobile robotics technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with installing, deploying, and operating robotic solutions.
  • Recreate customer issues with robots or simulators to analyze and troubleshoot software problems.
  • Provide direct support to customers, taking full responsibility for communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and improve support processes based on customer requests and feedback.
  • Analyze and detect patterns in support requests to inform development and production teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in directly communicating with customers to install, deploy, and operate robotic solutions, with full responsibility for customer interactions
  • Ability to recreate customer issues with robots or simulators to analyze and troubleshoot software problems
  • Proven ability to analyze and detect requests, and to feed insights back into development and production processes
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Willingness to work in a startup environment, showing entrepreneurial mindset and preference for creating structures rather than working within established ones
  • Strong motivation to continuously broaden skills and master new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for a support specialist role in an international context
  • Ability to assist international companies and research groups with using robotic solutions
  • Experience or familiarity with robotics, automation, or related technical fields (implied by the support role involving robotic systems and simulators)
