HR & Site Administrator

The HR & Site Administrator will own day-to-day operations, shipments, site-visit logistics, and HR support, enabling the team to execute on mission-critical work. This is an in-person role in Pratt, Kansas. You are responsible for partnering with the Site Manager and the team that is based onsite.

• Tech & Tools Savvy - Comfortable with HRIS and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude).

• Discretion & Reliability - Handles sensitive information with integrity - able to operate in teams and demonstrates sound judgment as an individual contributor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years experience in office administration, facilities coordination, plant administration or and operations support role
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• The ability to travel if needed
• Forklift certification, or willingness to be certified
• Work Location: Onsite - Pratt, Kansas
• Salary Range: $25-33/hour
• Sala ry Basis: Hourly
