Job Description
The Junior Project Manager at Anew will be responsible for assisting in the execution of Business and IT projects, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery while tracking progress, managing resources, and preparing status reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate development, budget, expenses, testing, deployment.
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist in the procurement and management of project resources.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper archiving.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to technical terms and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Adkar, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and results-oriented.
