Job Description
This role involves providing administrative and technical support to the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) team, including data collection, compliance reporting, and analysis related to renewable fuel markets and environmental standards, with opportunities for professional growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the RNG-Technical Services team
- Participate in compliance programs related to EPA's RFS and California's LCFS
- Collect and manage data from RNG facility clients
- Populate and maintain greenhouse gas emission models and trackers
- Update internal databases with regulatory changes
- Support client onboarding and ongoing compliance processes
- Perform quality assurance and validation of data and inputs
- Prepare and send transactional and compliance documentation to clients
- Facilitate data requests for third-party auditors
- Assist with quality assurance protocols and data processing
- Report and coordinate with operations, account managers, and supervisors
- Develop and improve systems and procedures for efficiency
Requirements
- Fluent English spoken, read and written, with proficiency in technical business communication.
- Must be eligible to work in Hungary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and the ability to draft professional formatted templates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to process large amounts of data and utilize advanced functions and formulas.
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform general administrative support tasks, including maintaining recordkeeping trackers, updating databases, and archiving documents with high attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to collect recurring monthly documents and data from clients operating RNG facilities and populate recurring monthly greenhouse gas emission models.
- Support team leads during client onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements, including facilitating facility-specific data requests for third-party auditors.
- Perform QAQC on data collection and inputs on the tracker of renewable fuel inventory.
- Fill out monthly transactional statement templates with facility-specific inputs and send out emails to clients for completed forms, questions, and information requests.
- Assist with quality assurance protocol (QAP) functions.
- Frequent processing and validation of large amounts of Excel data.
- Routine check-ins and reporting with Operations, Account Managers, and Supervisors.
- Participation in company objectives within the EPA’s Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) and California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) compliance programs.
- Collect and maintain data related to greenhouse gas emissions, environmental credits, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the development of systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
