Job Description

The Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant at Amperity will lead the technical and solutions aspects of the sales process, collaborating with prospects to understand their business objectives and demonstrate how the Amperity Platform can meet their needs. This role involves providing expert guidance, conducting solution presentations, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and solutions aspects of the sales process.
  • Perform technical qualification and solutions consulting for prospects.
  • Act as Technical Product Expert and provide expert guidance.
  • Present compelling solution overviews and demonstrations.
  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Share critical technical experience with internal teams.
  • Transition new business opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Provide feedback to engineering about product successes and failures.
  • Respond to technical and solution aspects of prospect RFI and RFP.
  • Engage key Amperity resources at appropriate times during sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years experience in customer-facing roles in the marketing technology or data analytics domain.
  • 2 years experience in technology related to customer data management, data modeling, martech, adtech, database management, or business intelligence tool configuration and programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong skills in data analysis manipulation.
  • Collaborative teammate who is energized by working with others to develop solutions and strategies.
  • Customer Data Consultant who is interested in the customer data domain and passionate about helping brands realize value from their customer data.
  • Curious about technology and data - both how they work and how they can be leveraged by brands.
