Job Description
The role involves leading and developing a regional sales team to drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amperity's AI-driven customer data platform, while building strategic client relationships and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team in the region.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, product, and engineering efforts.
- Manage pipeline development through outbound prospecting and partnerships.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners such as systems integrators, cloud providers, and technology vendors to expand opportunities.
- Implement scalable sales processes, forecast revenue, and track sales metrics.
Requirements
- 15 years in enterprise sales with 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations, with proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, and a track record of attracting, retaining, and growing top talent.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI and ML capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions.
- Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal teams such as marketing, product, and engineering, as well as external partners including systems integrators (e.g., Deloitte, Slalom, Accenture), cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Braze).
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
