Job Description

An internship role at Amperity focused on designing, building, and launching new features for their AI-powered customer data platform, involving collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of new products
  • Translate customer problems into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress and ensure efficient solution delivery
  • Support rapid prototyping and experimentation, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis
  • Participate in customer research and early adopter programs to gather feedback
  • Take end-to-end ownership of specific problem areas related to platform growth and strategy

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program preferably in a technical field, business, or a related discipline with an expected graduation date between June 2026 and June 2027
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Proven ability to structure problems, collect data, and derive insights
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear, concise written and verbal communication for translating customer feedback and assisting with documentation such as user stories
  • Understanding of basic software development lifecycle (SDLC) and core technology concepts, able to discuss feasibility with engineers and designers
  • Previous internship or project experience demonstrating product sense, such as building and launching a small personal project or app
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for 14 consecutive weeks during the summer of 2026
  • Ability to contribute to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products by supporting senior Product Managers on key initiatives
  • Ability to assist in translating customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to track progress and ensure efficient solution delivery
  • Ability to support rapid prototyping and experimentation efforts, including collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to validate concepts and gather customer feedback
  • Willingness to participate in customer research and early adopter programs, compiling and summarizing findings to inform product decision making
  • Full end-to-end ownership around an interesting problem space that is core to the company's business and growth strategy

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: $55 per hour
Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week for 14 consecutive weeks
