Coordinate the implementation of ZEB projects throughout all operational phases Monitor and ensure work progress in compliance with timelines and quality standards of execution Manage the project budget and control project costs and revenues Ensure that the relationship between the Works Director and the executing contractors is carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions Support the Administration department in managing supplier payments and active invoicing Ensure proper interaction with suppliers and subcontractors Collect documentation required for technical regulatory compliance in accordance with company standards Support communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle
