Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in security/safety standards and data analysis for process improvement and quality assurance and Strong communication skills with fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Valid EU driver's license and EU nationality required, with ability to travel between company locations using personal vehicle
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
- 1+ year experience in operations or physical security, including incident response and management
- 2+ years experience in data collection and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (3+ years)
- Practical knowledge of physical security systems (access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance) and workflow ticketing
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed
- Strong emotional intelligence with a growth mindset and ability to learn from mistakes
