Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ or CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security+
- 1+ years of server hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in professional or military IT-related roles
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles
- Experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware, or experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+), or experience in networking
- Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment)
