Candidates must be able to legally work in Indonesia.
Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
Willing to work in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster, or oncall basis
Currently enrolled in a school or Expected graduation in 2026/2027 or graduated within the past 24 months
Less than 1year relevant experience
The candidate must be able to commit to a full-time traineeship for the duration of 2027
In the case you are a current student, you must have completed the graduation and be prepared to begin a regular full-time role should you be converted from trainee to FTE in 2027
Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Physic related Engineering discipline
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Interest in maintenance of a Data Centre or Critical space facility
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment
