Job Description
This individual will work directly with internal and external design teams, contractors, platform delivery, and operations departments to ensure the technical integrity, performance, and consistency of structural systems across Aligned’s data center platform.
Requirements
- Project Management Software (MS Projects, Procore, BIM 360 /Autodesk Construction Cloud , or similar).
- Structura l design software including Revit , Bluebeam, Autocad .
- Knowledge and experience working with Bluebeam, Autocad , & Revit a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- PE license required ; SE preferred
- 8 + years experience in structural design or project management , with a strong preference for experience in data centers.
- Strong understanding of data center design and construction processes
- Advanced experience in Excel and AutoCAD.
- Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve design/ enginering efficiency, quality, and decision-making across workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills .
- International Experience a plus .
- Deep understanding of the Data Center design and construction process.
- Ability to multi-task, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Team Player across the organization.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- May travel at times up to 25%.
