Job Description
The Web Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by managing website content, optimizing site performance, and assisting with digital campaigns, SEO, and marketing operations to drive revenue and improve online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update web pages in WordPress for campaigns and lead generation
- Create and maintain pop-ups and lead capture flows using OptinMonster
- Assist with project management tasks in Wrike, including brief development and approvals
- Implement SEO best practices through metadata updates and on-page improvements
- Support cleanup of legacy website pages and media assets
- Apply SEO audit recommendations to improve site health and visibility
- Coordinate with marketing stakeholders on GEO initiatives
- Support optimization and maintenance of marketing tools like Qualified and Navattic
- Assist with operational updates to ensure compliance on the website
- Support QA testing for marketing automations and CRO experiments
- Help manage A/B tests in VWO, monitor progress, and implement updates based on results
- Collaborate on performance tracking and document test outcomes
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, digital operations, or web support role or relevant internship experience
- Basic familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Analytics mindset with a focus on making data-driven decisions
- Comfortable working with marketing tools and task management platforms
- Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Motivated to learn and grow within a high-performing marketing team
- Excellent communicator, with an ability to influence and compel through a confident and credible delivery
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Position is open for remote work in Mexico only. Must reside in Mexico
- This role is not open to sponsorship
