Requirements
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing revenue role
1+ years in a sales closing environment
Firsthand understanding of sales motions, customer conversations, prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, and the skills sellers need to be successful
Strong coachability, curiosity, adaptability, and ability to learn quickly
Comfort facilitating live or virtual sessions, group discussions, practice exercises, role plays, and call review conversations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, useful training materials
Interest in creating enablement content, including presentations, one-pagers, job aids, role play scenarios, call review guides, and eLearning modules
Experience using PowerPoint or similar presentation tools to create clear, professional, and engaging content
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work, improve content quality, brainstorm ideas, summarize information, and create scalable learning resources
Proactive mindset for identifying new AI applications that can enhance seller productivity, streamline workflows, and improve enablement execution
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
Collaborative working style and ability to build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Learning and Development, and Sales Leadership
Willingness to learn and maintain enablement platforms such as Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, SharePoint, Docebo, or similar sales and learning platforms is a plus.
Prior sales enablement, instructional design, or formal training experience is not required
This is an in-office, position (3-5 days a week) in our beautiful downtown Austin, Texas headquarters
