Job Description
The Revenue Operations Coordinator at AlertMedia will support the revenue operations team by refining processes, ensuring data quality, and assisting in data analysis to enhance customer lifecycles and inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the revenue operations team to optimize lead lifecycle processes.
- Ensure data quality within the revenue database.
- Support technical facilitation of key revenue systems like Marketo, Salesforce, and Outreach.
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports to measure revenue initiatives and effectiveness.
- Support optimization of revenue processes through automation and integrations.
- Document and improve workflows for scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- English proficiency written and oral is required
- Willingness to take on non-role-specific marketing duties as needed to support the team and business
