Job Description

The Enterprise Regional Vice President at AlertMedia is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Enterprise Account Directors in a consultative sales environment, focusing on driving new business and improving sales tactics for emergency communication and threat intelligence software targeted at large organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Directors in a consultative sales environment.
  • Drive net new business within territories and assist Account Directors with sales tactics.
  • Engage in weekly call coaching sessions and provide real-time insights to improve team performance.
  • Train and guide Account Directors on the AlertMedia sales process and product knowledge.
  • Manage team performance, sales pipeline, and provide forecasts to leadership.
  • Assist Account Directors in prospecting and territory planning to maximize successful conversations.
  • Advise prospects on communication solutions and demonstrate AlertMedia's products.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of closed accounts to Implementation Managers for deployment.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of consultative sales experience at a SaaS company, preferably with previous successful sales management experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within your Regional Territory 10-20% of the time.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level organizations and stakeholders.
  • History of prospecting and closing new accounts to help coach, advise and hold Account Directors accountable to a great territory plan.
  • A background of negotiating enterprise-level deals with integrity, including the ability to turn pricing conversations into value-add conversations.
  • Experience managing activities and reporting in Salesforce to drive needed behaviors and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Understanding of what a great call coaching session looks like to help Account Directors improve on a weekly basis.
